Rec Hall is in use for special and weekly activities by our Winter Texans.  It includes access to a commercial kitchen with gas stove, grill, freezer, and fridge.  There is a buffet counter and a serving counter for easily distributing food.  It includes at least 20 round tables that sit 6-8 people.  A dance area with stage is also available if needed. This area can house more tables if needed. Our Rec Hall is available to rent during the months of April - October for private use.  Contact office for more details.

Our residents have access to our laundry room that has 9 washers and 9 dryers.  We have a table for folding, rods for hanging, and an iron/board for your use in the room. There is also a change machine in case you don't have quarters with you.

Our four-legged friends have several options to get their exercise even while camping.  We have a Dog Park halfway through our campground along the fence for your dog to be off the leash and get to use up some of the stored energy. A walk through the dog walk/birding trail is a good place to see nature as it's intended.  Kaufer-Hubert Park and Baffin Bay are next door, and a great place for your dogs to get out of the campground for a few moments. 

Remember to always have your dog on a leash inside our campground and always clean up after it.

As per Kleberg County ordinance, NO PITBULLS (full breeds or mixed breeds) are allowed in our property.

For our residents who like to maintain their own yards, we have push mowers and weed eaters available upon request at the office. 

No planting or tree trimming without management approval.

Our residents who need basic tools or equipment to work on their RVs while staying here for 3 months or more, can have access to them by contacting the office or maintenance personnel.

Car washing or RV washing is allowed for long term residents of 3 months or more. Oil changing station is also available. Contact office for more info.
