Monthly Stay Rate

Service Description

Monthly rates does not include electricity. Each full hookup site has its own electric meter and is billed at the rate of $.15 per kilowatt-hour for monthly stays. If your stay will be three months or more, a $100 deposit is required to hold your site. Deposit is fully refundable with a 14 day advance notice. All sites are full hook-ups. We have back-in sites with asphalt pads and pull-thru sites with gravel pads. All sites have a picnic table available.
